We like to be completely transparent with our customers about where our company is based and where our products come from. There are so many new "neon" companies popping up on the internet these days from all over the world so we want to tell you a bit about us.

Neon Mfg. was established in 2014. We are the company that started the neon signs as home decor revolution, and we're the experts in our industry. Our head office is located in Vancouver, Canada. With production facilities in Los Angeles, California and Dallas, Texas. We produce both real glass, hand bent neon signs, LED neon signs, and almost any other type of custom made illuminated signage and art.

Made in the USA: Some signs may not be able to be made in the USA based on specifications or production capacity at the time of order. Bulk orders are not made in the USA based on production capacity. Signs made in the USA also only ship to the USA, Canada and Mexico. Signs shipping to other places around the world will be made in China.

We have two main product types: Custom made neon signs and pre-designed neon signs, which are featured in our online store.

Pre-designed: These items go into production the day after your order is placed and they normally take 5-7 (often times less) days to be made before they ship. Once they ship it's normally 3-5 days until the item reaches you. Pre-designed items are generally LED neon and ship worldwide. Because these items are made when ordered we can make them with the proper power supply for your country or region of the world. Also because LED neon does not break like glass neon does, we can ship LED neon signs anywhere.

Custom made We make make both real glass neon signs and also LED signs. Please note: Glass neon signs will only ship to the USA and Canada. Custom made items generally take around 5-10 days to produce and around 3-5 days for shipping. Please contact our custom team here.

All of our products, glass neon or LED neon, whether pre-designed, or custom made are made by hand.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING INFO

Shipping times:We are not seeing any shipping delays currently. Shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Production times:3-7 business days. We are not currently seeing any production delays.

We all ship LED signs worldwide. Any LED design listed in our online store can be ordered and shipped anywhere. Look for this icon  it tells you the the product ships worldwide.

For international custom LED sign orders, please fill out the form on thecustom page of our website and our team will help with your order. Or use our customizer to create your custom sign right now.

We do not ship glass neon signs outside the U.S. or Canada due to their fragile nature. So some of our products are limited to the US and Canada only. Look for this icon  it tells you that the item is only available to customers in the US and Canada.

There are some products on our online store that only ship to customers in the USA. If a product does not have a globe icon or a US/Canada flag icon then the item only ships to the USA.

Customs fees, import fees, duties, and taxes. Please keep in mind that in most cases U.S. based customers are not subject to import duties or taxes. We ship products all over the world. Each country has their own rules and fees for products imported into said country. It is important that you are aware of your own countries import laws and fees before you buy. Neon Mfg. does not charge you any of these fees or taxes, and we're not able to pay these on your behalf. These fees are your responsibility and are not covered by the shipping fees we charge you. Our shipping fees only cover transport of the product. If you're unsure about your government's import fees you can most likely find that information online on your government's website or many other websites that cover global shipping and logistics.

DOES MY NEON SIGN COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes! All of our products come with a 1-year warranty on electrical components. If you're having issues with your sign please take photos or a short video clip of the product and contact customer service. We will fix the issue by sending replacement parts or by replacing the entire product, if need be. We always strive to make sure our customers have a perfectly working product that they can love and enjoy for years.

HOW CAN I HANG MY NEON SIGN?

Each sign comes with pre-drilled holes in the clear acrylic backing and all hardware needed to mount it wherever you choose. You can also use non-destructive hanging products like 3M Command Strips.

HOW LONG WILL MY NEON SIGN LAST?

The life of a neon sign is dependent on how frequently it's used. The luminous tubes in the signs usually last for 5 to 7 years, though in the right environment, a tube has the ability to last longer. Things that affect transformer life are heat, and electrical surges / consistency of your electrical supply. All of the neon signs shown on our website are designed for indoor use.

SHIPPING

Signs are shipped via Fedex Ground, UPS, and DHL Express. We ship LED products world wide and we glass neon products to the United States and Canada. We operate warehouses on both coasts of the United States and one warehouse on the West Coast of Canada. If you live in the U.S., your pre-made sign will most likely arrive to you within 3-4 business days. Our signs are packaged in the most robust way possible, this means that we have less than a 1% breakage rate (glass neon). If your sign shows up broken we will send you a replacement sign right away, or you can request a refund.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY NEON SIGN?

If you want to dust or clean your neon sign, be sure to unplug the sign first. Then, use a feather duster or soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt or dust from the bulbs. Never take a liquid cleaner to your sign.

MY SIGN ARRIVED BROKEN, NOW WHAT?

If your neon sign shows up and has been broken during shipping, please email us within 24 hours of the delivery. The best thing for you to do is to take pictures of the broken sign in the box, showing the broken parts, and attach the pictures to your email. If the box that the sign came in is also damaged, be sure to take photos of that too. We'll respond to your email ASAP and offer you two options: you can have another sign shipped to you right away, or you can get an immediate refund, it's up to you.

FULL-PRICED ITEMS POLICY

All full-priced items† are eligible for a return within fourteen business days. Items must be un-used and in the original packaging. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with your return. Should you wish to exchange a product, simply return the product back to us and purchase the new style that you are looking for. *please refer to the return process outlined below. † Except custom neon orders and Neon Mfg. Collection pieces. Custom neon orders and Neon Mfg. Collection pieces are final sale.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS POLICY

All sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for a return.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS

Within 14 days of receiving your sign, If for some reason you wish to return your purchase, please email info@neonmfg.com, with the subject line “return request, your name, order number”. Return requests must be emailed within seven days upon receipt of your purchase. In your email please specify the reason behind your return, as well as the merchandise style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your request has been emailed and the return is approved, neommfg.com will provide you with an online return authorization number (ORA#) via email. Please include the ORA# with the package you are returning.

The return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned to Neon Mfg. within fourteen days from the date your ORA# was issued. If a return request or returned merchandise falls outside of the seven and fourteen-day time frame, we unfortunately, will not be able to accept the return.

Once your return has been received by our distribution center in Vancouver, you will be refunded the amount paid on your credit card, less original costs.

Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order. LED signs must be returned to our head office in Vancouver, Canada. Our U.S. based warehouses do not ship LED or store our products so they do not have them in their inventory system and can not accept them. Please consider this If you are planning on buying one of the pre-designed LED signs from our online store.

TERMS OF SERVICE

To make a purchase on Neon Mfg., browse a category under the ‘shop’ header and click to add items to your shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart link found at the top right-hand corner of your screen. Once in the shopping cart, you will have the ability to update items and quantities before checkout.

Prior to checkout you will be required to set up your Neon Mfg. account. Here, you will be able to update personal information such as contact information, billing and shipping address. You will also be able to track your current orders and the status of any approved returns. Once your account is set up you will be able to log in prior to future purchases on Neon Mfg..

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Neon Mfg. ensures that stock availability online matches inventory on hand. If for some reason the item(s) purchased is not in stock, notification will be sent immediately, and you will be given the option to either change or cancel your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once a purchase has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as your order is received. An email will also be sent to you once your order has shipped, and will include your tracking number. If you've created and account, you may also log in to your account, where you can view your tracking number.

PRIVACY POLICY

Neon Mfg. considers your privacy and online safety of utmost importance. By placing an order with Neon Mfg. you give us your consent to process and use your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. All personal information collected will only be used to contact you regarding your orders or returns. With a Neon Mfg. account, you will automatically be added to our mailing list. should you wish not to receive updates you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ found on the bottom of any newsletter sent to your email.

Please note, Neon Mfg. does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of nineteen. Please do not submit any personal details if you are under nineteen years of age – you may rely on your parent or guardian to assist you. Neon Mfg. will not disclose any personal data to outside organization or party unless required by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding. Neon Mfg. may provide certain information to third party service providers who perform specific functions on our behalf. For example, we may share your mailing address and other contact information with our delivery partners. Please note, our service providers (ie. web hosting, credit card processing and others) may have access to all or parts of the information we maintain. All such information to third parties is limited to the information required to perform their functions. We seek to limit third-party use of information, however we are not responsible for such third-party use of information that is not in compliance with this policy.
